Hello and welcome to Inspiring Rainbows. I am not a professional writer, or artist, but someone who loves to write, draw, paint and generally be creative. I enjoy all kinds of crafts…right now I am making christmas cards, and I love sewing too. I used to be a musician, but have not played for many years, life having got in the way. I was busy raising four children and then working as a social worker. Not much time for hobbies.

My family are all grown up, and I have two lovely grandchildren. They are still in England, but five years ago I moved to Scotland where I now live with my partner and our four feline friends, who kindly allow us to share the accommodation

I have not been writing for long, only since January 2007, so I am still on a steep learning curve. Constructive criticism would be appreciated.
